How I Work

Contact Me

Getting Started

To get started, I offer a free Discovery Call where we can talk about your business, financial needs and goals. You can also book time for a free QuickBooks Consultation/Review. If you’ve booked a Consultation or Review you’ll receive an email with a questionnaire and request for access to your account so I can start your review.

Tools I Use

I use QuickBooks Online exclusively for my client work. I am happy to help you make the transition from your existing bookkeeping software to QuickBooks Online if needed.

Payment

I accept either Credit Cards or ACH Transactions for payment of my services.

Billing

Billing for ongoing bookkeeping service and projects takes place on the 5th of each month.

Timeliness and Turnaround Times

I require a 1 to 2 day turnaround time in order to keep your bookkeeping and finances as up-to-date and accurate as possible.

Regular Check-Ins

I want to make sure that we communicate regularly. I like to schedule regularly monthly check-ins with clients so that nothing falls through the cracks and you have the chance to ask any questions you have or address concerns. Check-Ins can also be scheduled more frequently if needed.
